 Jesus  Freaks  is  written by   the  music group  DC  talk and the Voice of  the Martyrs.  Voice   of the Martyrs.  is  an organization  that was started by Richard  Wurmbrand.  He  was imprisoned for his faith for 14 years in    Communist Romania.  The  book has  stories from the past  and present of persecuted  Christians.  It is   important for  Christians  to know    about those who  have been persecuted and  are persecuted  .  It  helps us know how  we can  pray for  the persecuted  church.  It  also  helps us to not take our   freedoms for granted.   It is wonderful  this book is being reprinted.   The stories  take  place  in areas like Sudan, Jordan and other places in the world. I commend  the authors for making this  book possible.  Thank you to netgalley, the author and  the publisher for allowing me to read and review this book.  The opinions are my own.
