Review of Eat Live Thrive Diet by Danna Demetre and Robyn Thomson This book is a good diet book for the midlife period. It teaches through research what happens to your body during midlife. The authors are coaches and have been teaching people how to manage their weight. They also teach people how their self talk can hurt their weight management. They share their own struggles with weight management. They share some good recipes in the book. They have been on the 700 Club, ABC News Now , Midday Connection. Tomorrow's First Light is the first book in the series of 5 in the Texas Promise series by Naomi Rawlings. The story is a Christian fiction story which takes place in Twin Rivers, Texas. Ellie Spitzer moves with her 8 siblings to Twin Rivers from Eagle Harbor to be Sam Owen's mail order bride. They wrote each other for a year and decided to marry.
