Church Recovery Guide# by Karl Vaters is a very helpful, practical tool for pastors and their staff. Karl is the teaching pastor at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Orange County, California. He has been a pastor for over 40 years. He has served there since 1992. He enjoys guiding and helping churches thrive and grow. He has good principles to help churches come out of crises . He shares the importance of team work. He also shares important financial issues that can lead to problems. He teaches how to walk to the different stages of grief with those in your congregation. He teaches pastors how to care for themselves. He also gives tips on how to work with technology related to live streaming. he encourages pastors to teach discipleship and team building. The book is short and has lots of helpful and practical ideas to help a church thrive. Thank you so much to Moody publishers, the author and netgalley for allowing me to read and review this book.
